Designroom Constructions built a ground floor large rear extension on our house. With oversized sliding doors and full Kitchen. I have nothing but praise for Lee and her team in every respect. From the very beginning Lee was approachable, friendly and contactable and throughout the building work, Lee and all of her team were courteous and respectful. We hired Lee who owns Designroom Construction. We had asked 3 other builders to quote for what we consider to be a large double floor extension. Lee was always quick to reply and answer our questions before we awarded them the job. I would certainly use them again and recommend them. We never had to phone and ask for updates, all changes we had we just discussed with Lee and she never missed a thing. Their prices compared to others where about the same not too much difference however we really felt they gave us a great service and beautiful addition for my home. What do you love most about your job?
Creating new space for clients to enjoy, construction is so unique.
We create new space or renovate space that is hardly imaginable from the start and transform it into something beautiful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Loving the construction industry, I thought I could create something a little bit special, and have full control over the process to supply to my clients the full package. Its great to believe that what you do is give clients a great service, as Franky said "Did it my way".
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer fully managed builds, we hand hold you through the process. We can manage the planning also. We are always trying to provide clients best options. So we really listen to what the client is looking for, then we can make the best suggestions.

Yes, we can request via whatsapp videos of your home and can get a good idea on what you might require. Mostly clients are looking for ballpark figure of what the work might involve.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Yes, we only have 2 guys onsite at any time. Most of our team live in one home so its not too bad for my team. We always wear masks when in clients home.

Female owned Construction Company. Our specialism in home extensions within Dublin. We have a huge emphasis on design. We do it all! From Design, Build and clean up. Small team that get in and get out as quick as possible. All stages our our builds are independently checked by an Engineer. Currently we can not take on everyone who expresses an interest in us and always about 2-3 month lead time. But we can put you in contact with previous clients and we are worth the wait.
