Yes, I also provide remote/ online counselling services for which I use Whatsapp video calls - this onlline facility is securely end to end encrypted which ensures one to one confidentiality between us during calls
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Adequate/ safe distancing in chairs for face to face sessions, sanitising all surfaces, chairs and handles etc. before and after each visit. Hand sanitising on entry and leaving. Adequate ventilation.
