Stayed here with my family. Loved it and one day was too short! Would recommend it anyday. The room was very spacious for kids to run around and the mattress on the bed was medium-firm, good for people with back trouble. The rooms smelt nice and everything was top of the range. Service and staff were excellent. Anna at reception was so helpful and accommodating. Quite honestly all staff were terrific, which is rare these days. They should be complimented. Would recommend the facilities to family and friends the location. Food could definitely be improved upon in the restaurant. Breakfast was so limited. Good breads. We were a large party booked in for lunch in the bar. Most of the group had never been to the hotel before and were very impressed from the minute they walked through the door. There was a lovely Christmas atmosphere throughout. We were made feel very welcome by Eoghan who ensured we were provided with everything we requested. The staff were very patient with taking our orders despite many of us taking our time in reaching decisions! Everyone commented on how tasty the food was as well as how very attentive the waiting staff were throughout the meal. Fight cancellation meant we had to spend two nights here. The staff on reception were wonderful and so kind and welcoming. On the second night one room had to be changed and we were given a free upgrade for the inconvenience. We ate dinner one night and it was very good. All round a lovely stay. More...

My flight was cancelled and the airline put us up in this hotel for the night. I think we were all expecting something a bit "basic" but couldn't be further from the truth with this hotel. Staff were instantly on hand from sending a shuttle bus to making sure we were well cared for. Everyone was so lovely from the reception to the restaurant staff. The food was delicious that I ate in the New Yorker bar and the rooms were top notch. If I ever get chance I would definitely stay here again, but maybe by choice next time! More...

You don’t need to be travelling abroad to stay in this hotel as it is comfortable,clean and has spacious bedrooms. Of course it is an advantage to use this hotel if one were traveling abroad as it’s so close to the airport. Staff are lovely and most helpful. We recently dined in the Atlantic room for a private family birthday. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas which added to the whole feel of the hotel. The food was top notch and the staff were so helpful and patient dealing with the children. A particular shout out to Shauna the manager who looked after the booking and couldn't be more helpful on the night. Also Conor, Mateo and Helen who also gave 5 star service on the night. What I love about this hotel is the level of customer service. I have stayed here a few times and will stay again. Breda is amazing, she’s goes above and beyond. Anything I asked for she did with a smile. Love to see staff so happy at what they do! She is such a happy soul that you just feel better when you see her. There was also a lady in the bar area that was lovely. The hotel is like a home from home. They look after you. My room was beautiful and they couldn’t do enough to make sure I had all I needed. Staff like Breda and the girl in the bar are hard to come by. They represent the hotel. I didn’t meet anyone in the hotel that was anything but helpful. Just returned from a one night stay in the cork international and we were so surprised by the elegance and professional staff we met during our stay. The rooms were very spacious which I love and it was spotless too. We were very lucky with the room we got as both my partner and I prefer a spacious room. We went to the bar for a few drinks before our dinner at 7.30pm and even though the bar was busy we weren't waiting long to he served all the same. Service was a little slow in the restaurant but we didn't mind as the hotel was pretty busy with staff parties so this was understandable. Could not fault the food or the staff during our stay. After a miserable drive, in peak hour, to get to the Hotel - we were warmly greeted when we arrived, reception was seamless. Our room was a great size and well laid out. Perfect. Great bar set up and very friendly staff - great to have a pint and my partner had a G&T, or two. Food was good and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I can not speak highly enough of our time spent at the Cork International hotel.|From front desk to staff serving our meal all was top notch. |We went to the chocolate dinner night and my gosh the food was sensational and the staff couldn't of been more helpful. I met a colleague here for dinner. The entrance and layout is very impressive. The menu is extensive and wide ranging. |We had the chicken curry and the seafood pasta both of which were excellent. ||There was no check in from staff to see if everything was okay, no checking if we wanted more drinks or a coffee. I had stayed at this hotel previously on my own but never as a family. On this occasion, I stayed with family including two of my grandchildren. We were given two beautiful suites & the grandchildren were given goodie bags. There is an extensive play area for children & a cinema where appropriate children films are shown at specific times. There are extensive children's menus available in the dining area & the food generally was real quality & served by friendly & attentive staff. We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel & wished we could have stayed a lot longer.
