We got flooring laid downstairs. It took 2 days for a response to my email enquiry but after that they were quick to quote and schedule the job. They are booked out busy and 1 week prior to starting they had to delay my start by 2 days-but they told us at the beginning that sometimes jobs take longer than expected to complete.
