Our previous website did not reflect the variety of events at the festival and the vibrant, international aspect of the festival. The website was not very user friendly for those who wanted to find out about the festival or purchase tickets. The website needed to be able to stream an online festival during Covid. We felt that it was missing a wide target market of potential festival attendees. Covid provided an opportunity to reach a worldwide audience with an online festival.

Garreth was a pleasure to work with from the very initial contact email right up to completion of the website in time for the online festival in 2022. He even provided support during the festival weekend to ensure there were no problems and that everything ran smoothly. During the website design the system used to upload content was easy and simple to use, Garreth was available at all times to answer questions and make changes as they arose. No request was ever too much trouble.

The online festival in 2022 was a massive success with viewers joining in from all around the world. The website now gives a feel for what the festival is all about and the archive section of past festivals gives people an insight as to what they can expect to enjoy during the festival weekend.

The website of The Irish Dexter Cattle Society was produced and developed by Apex Digital Media. Apex Digital Media was recommended to the society by one of their existing clients at that time. From first introduction the proprietor, Garreth O’Doherty, provided all the attention and assistance required to get a new website up and running for the society. Initially, several ideas of design were offered and explained clearly, making the decision of choice as to which suited the society best an easy concept. Help in maintaining or making improvements to the website was always available and Garreth was always courteous and generous with his time. Tutorials were provided by Apex Digital Media to assist in learning how to make changes or add new information in all areas of the website.
