One that is designed with the customer in mind. A great website will have simple navigation, clear calls-to-action and will answer questions that the potential customer has. It also needs an attractive design that works well on all screen sizes.

I wanted flexibility to chose who I work with and what type of projects I work on. I think we all work better when we are interested and engaged.
