I had my first ever experience of a reiki treatment with Aileen last week and to say it was fantastic is an understatement. Her room was so welcoming and comfortable (temperature, lighting, music) and so quiet I found myself drifting off to sleep. Afterwards I felt so relaxed and so full of energy at the same time.
