This is a fantastic place to gym for exercise and for getting fit the staff are helpful kind and understanding The one to ones is which I use are very supportive and know exactly what programme to draw up and keep you motivated They make you feel good about urself and that you are important and it's not all about the money end of the business

I cannot recommend 37 degrees fitness enough. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. State of the art facilities, offering an array of classes such as HIIT and CrossFit. A real fitness hub as the gym caters to everyone from those who want to lose weight, powerlifters, bodybuilder and athletes. This is evident in the renovation 37 Degrees undergone.
