I wanted a cake for our wedding anniversary. I had no real ideas about what I wanted but Shaheen is so imaginative and gave lots of suggestions. I settled on a beautiful cake decorated with a couple standing under a tree with hearts for leaves. When I received it, I was utterly blown away by how wonderful it looked. But when we tasted it, it blew us away. The sponge was lighter than air and very tasty, as was the buttercream, all delicately flavoured and well, just perfect.
