If I was going to be critical, I would say that it was ever so slightly dry (meaning that we had to throw the leftovers away as it wasn’t good by the following day) however ... for the main event, it really was just right and everyone commented on how amazing it looked (and several people asked for the contact details to order a cake from here in the future!).
