At my request Simon created the perfect wedding cake for my daughter and son in law.
My daughter tasked me with producing a cake but I realised that it was going to be too much responsibility as Mother of the Bride... So I nervously
contacted Simon and told him what she wanted... He was fantastic... Prepared to produce whatever we wanted.. Including a gluten free tier and different fillings in each tier... He even sourced the flowers to decorate which perfectly matched the colour theme she had chosen. At every stage he was confident, understanding, professional and reassuring. We arranged all of it by e mail and text which was so helpful as we don't live nearby. We exchanged images and he liaised with the venue directly. I didn't see the cake until the day so was a bit apprehensive... No need to be.. It was fantastic! It looked amazing... But equally importantly it tasted amazing! Moist sponge... Creamy filling... Guests loved it... Daughter and son in law were over the moon. Fed everyone and had plenty to take home too. A huge thank you to Simon.. Master Baker and artiste extraordinaire! Clearly he loves his craft and is excelling at something he loves.. Heartily recommend him to anyone who wants to take a worry off the wedding list of things to do.. You are more than in safe hands!
