What do you love most about your job?

The look on customers faces when they receive their cake from me! Making you say '...oh wow, I don't even want to cut it...' is very satisfying.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The belief in me by friends and family after initially starting it as a hobby. Then the confidence that grew once I started receiving return customers.

Why should our clients choose you?

My attention to detail is amazing. Your correspondence with me is very friendly and more so informal however remains absolutely professional.

Where I can I work extremely close with your budget, if you have one.

Although business is based in Beckenham I do offer delivery, at an extra cost. All orders over £250 within the m25 is free. So whether you are near or far (we can discuss distance) I will get your order to you.

I love a challenge and as you will see from my most upto date portfolio on Instagram, you ask for it and I will create it for you.

It's not just about the way the cakes look. The sharp edges or smooth lines. It's about the taste! After all, my customers wouldn't come back otherwise.

It’s best to order your wedding cake as early as possible. The best wedding cake bakers will get booked up quickly, so it’s never too soon to get your wedding cake booked in, especially if you’re hoping for a specific baker. Summer is particularly popular for weddings, so you may find that dates get booked up more quickly for summer weddings.

Most wedding cake bakers will offer a cake tasting session. This gives you an opportunity to meet your wedding cake baker, talk to them about your ideas for your cake design and sample some of the flavours on offer. Your wedding cake tasting should be booked for about six months before your wedding day to allow you to finalise the design of your cake and to choose your flavours.

Traditionally, a wedding cake has three tiers. The bottom tier is said to be for eating at the wedding, while the middle tier is for giving to friends and family after the wedding. The top tier is traditionally saved for the christening of the first child. Today, wedding cakes can be any number of tiers – and you can eat as much of them as you like!
