Thank goodness we found Complete Roofing when we did. Unfortunately, myself and my neighbour had someone come out to replace the ridging on our roof around October last year and not long after I noticed slates had slipped and I could see daylight coming through gaps in the loft and the flashing (that had always been fine) was coming away around my chimney. My neighbours, not long after that, had a leak coming through into their bedroom. I saw Complete Roofing had great reviews and they mentioned how honest and helpful Gino and his team had been. I asked for Gino to get in touch and he messaged the same day saying he would give me a call the next day. He was very reasonable and patient with me. I talked him through what was wrong with my roof and he gave me an approximate quote for the work I needed him to do. It was perfectly reasonable and beat all other quotes I had been given hands down. He had no hesitation in driving out to Gateshead from Carlisle either. When the lads got here they found that the ridging hadn't been fitted properly (as we suspected) and they could literally just lift them off the roof which was obviously quite dangerous. Gino gave us a very competetive and honest quote to correct this and assured us we would be water tight by the time they finished. My neighbour was so impressed with the lads he asked them to fix his part of the roof too. It looks amazing, I'm 100% confident that they have done a brilliant job and like Gino promised it is completely water-tight. You wouldn't have know that the lads had been there at all as when I got home it was spotless. We are hoping to get our bay window roofs replaced soon. I would definitely recommend.

It was a pleasure dealing with IGS and Laurence to invest in my Solar solution. I spent many hours and meetings to discuss my needs and spoke with several companies. Always seemed to get the same standard reply, until I spoke with Laurence. IGS were very factual and actually listened to my needs rather than push the standard quick and easy install. Got several solutions back from Laurence who worked hard to maximise my output. We discussed in detail each solution, until the right one was agreed on. The install went extremely well within planned and strict timetables (On my behalf) which Laurence kept too and delivered. Scaffold came down within the required time to keep neighbours happy. Communication was excellent with lots of back and forth on different ideas and application questions (G99). The Sparky's (Mick and Dan) were excellent and were happy for me to ask questions. They gave me a great demo on the inverter and how it all works, which was great. Overall, I would 100% recommend IGS, Laurence and his team to anyone considering Solar installs and/or batteries. Great company and people!
