I started lessons with Hannah during the lockdown. I've had quite a lot of singing teachers over the years and despite being taught remotely, Hannah is brilliant. She has a fantastic ear and is able to pick up on things I wouldn't have expected her to be able to do in a virtual environment. The lessons are fun and relaxed, and one of the highlights of my week :) Highly recommend
Inner Voice was inspired and created by the little voice we all have inside our head that urges us to create and be something beyond ourselves. Whether it’s using your singing voice, composing music for voice, instrumental, and/or visual media. Inner Voice allows students worldwide to have the opportunity to find their inner voice that’s unique to them. I offer online lessons in singing, composition, and composition for visual media and Music Theory. This can be done using a variety of online chat services, such as Zoom and Skype. I already had been teaching through a music school as self employed. I figured it would benefit me and the students to start it on my own. It allows you to get the same lesson, the same expertise, for a cheaper price than at an institution.
I'm patient and kind and never take myself too seriously. I believe my students can vouch for me when I say there is a lot of laughing involved. I hope to put students at ease so that they can try their best. I know what it is like to struggle and have a teacher that doesn't understand. I do not want any my lessons to ever be negative and want to help the student grow through a supportive and positive atmosphere.
Yes, that is the only option I currently have. I can teach through Zoom. I will send you a link that is easily used all the time. In addition, you will have a google document that will be shared with you where I put all our lesson notes, links for vocal warmups and songs. I typically ask you to use two devices when possible. That way I can easily share links on your lesson notes that you can open on a phone or computer and then the device you use zoom on does not interfere with the sound quality. This allows you to do vocal warmups in real time without delay due to it being online. It really is quite simple once you get used to it and is just how I would do a lesson if it was in person.
I teach solely online now and will continue to do so indefinitely.
