I need someone to follow up with the RSVP s, vendors, keep my daughter on track to have everything done for her, make up, hair and be ready for her pics and the ceremony and not take on too many DIY projects which she likes. The ceremony will take place in the same room so during three cocktail hour the room needs to be flipped. The caterer needs to set up, (there is a full kitchen) it will.be a buffet, tables set, we're using mismatched vintage china, and the floral arrangements need to be put on all of the tables, buffer, cake table, dance floor, seating chart and cards..Weeks before plan the layout of the room. It may be possible for some of the tables to be set up before the ceremony???? Not with dinnerware but flowers. How do we arrange for someone to clear the plates, and cocktail.glasses from the bar and tables , refill water, and wine and cut the cake.? We need to stay on schedule and keep the party going. I'm a little concerned about getting people to dance. At 4 or 5pm. The wedding starts at 3 pm. I hope this provides some details. Thank you! Hannah Mullin
