As a self-employed creative, my clients only deal with me directly. Having reached a pinnacle of my career as a Chef, I felt deeply that change was needed. I took a year off to travel, chase the name of the wind and find a purpose. Leading up to all events, including the morning of the event - I take Covid tests. I attend with sufficient masks and sanitise several times throughout the day. Risk assessments are also produced to highlight any chance of infectious transmission.
