We booked Matthew after having to postpone our wedding at the beginning of the year due to COVID. He was an absolute pleasure to meet and have to capture our wedding day! Very lovely gentleman and very helpful when it came to planning and also on the day. The photos that we received were better than we could of dreamed of and were absolutely perfect! We asked Joshua to photograph our wedding last year which was brilliant. We spoke over email for the booking and also met up in person as we lived so close, he listened to exactly what we wanted for the day and the sorts of shots we wanted and made sure we had everything that we wanted, while suggesting some great shots we hadn't even thought about.
On the day we hardly even noticed him! Which is great for a wedding photographer as there is was so much going on. He really got the feel for the wedding from the shots which was great because we wanted it to have a really rustic theme and he captured that well. He did manage to get us all together for the traditional family and wedding photo's which was a struggle with all the family! And he even managed to get us alone for some romantic shots which we weren't too keen on beforehand because we didn't like 'staged shots' but Joshua made us feel really comfortable, they didn't feel staged at all, and they became really special photographs.
All in all it was a fantastic day and we have amazing photos to remember it by, thank you Josh.
