I was a hobby baker and designer for 5 years prior to starting my business and last year I became an accredited tutor and now I teach the art of cake decorating as well as making my own wonderful cakes. I couldn't resist a slice of the Caramac cake and the chocolate brownie when I was going past in the Waterside.I only like buttercream a certain way and the cakes that Custom Bakes make are spot on...the buttercream was perfect...believe me, I know my cakes!
