I found these near the till at the Shell garage on Garstang Road in Preston, which I visit frequently as I live locally. I saw the price of £1 and thought that was more than I'd usually pay for a single cupcake, but tried it anyway and wasn't disappointed. These cupcakes are very tasty and are topped with a very generous amount of icing, so I kept going back for more. If you're lucky enough to find these little delights in your local shop, they're worth a few extra pennies

I first started cake decorating when I was 8 years old, after being inspired by my Godmother who was a wonderful cook and baker.
She used to make me great novelty cakes for my own birthdays.
I then went on to be a catering manager for 25 years and just doing celebration cakes for friends and family. I was approached by a prestigious venue to be a nominated supplier after doing a friends wedding cake and it all started properly for me from there.
I opened a successful tearoom in Preston, but the larger cakes started to take over, so I sold that side of the business and now solely concentrate on those. I only concentrate on a select few cakes that I know I can give 110% to from my lovely cake room which was built in 2017 ❤️
