Yes. Being a web design company, all our completed work is online. During the Covid pandemic, I haven't met any of my new clients, but they have received, and continue to receive, my very best service and quality, bespoke websites.
When the first lockdown hit, I immediately switched to online meetings using Zoom. On the occasions where client preferred different online meeting solutions using Microsoft Teams for example, that's what we used.
It meant that we could operate safely, and in fact, it gave me more time to focus on my clients not having to travel to meetings.
