I provide 1-1 therapeutic support for children dealing with issues relating to mental and emotional health and well being. This includes anger, anxiety, phobias, school avoidance and behavioural difficulties. I also provide parenting coaching and emotional support to parents. This includes supporting couples find balance in their parenting styles, helping parents develop strategies to address emotional or behavioural difficulties in their children, and supporting parents to manage their own emotional needs and find balance in their own lives.

My name is Dr John Wilson, Clinical Psychologist at Sanguine Psychology. I offer dedicated, online-only therapy to people affected by a range of difficulties across the UK and beyond. Finding and accessing therapy can be unnecessarily difficult. I aim to offer flexibility with online therapy services outside the hours of 9am-5pm, particularly useful for people looking for support and therapy outside of office working hours and where other service providers may not be able to offer a service.
