What do you love most about your job?

I am passionate about being able to support someone who might be experiencing difficulties in managing their mental health. I love being able to see a client being able to walk away lighter, freer, and excited to live their lives after healing from wounds, disorders, and obstacles.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have seen how difficult it is for people to access services in the NHS, some having to wait over a year in particular for more complex high intensity therapies such as EMDR. When I am not in private practice I am a mental health coordinator part of a national homeless charity, I would like to be able to work with a range of individuals from a variety of different backgrounds

Why should our clients choose you?

I have 10 years practice of working with individuals with complex mental health difficulties and have been qualified for 7 years.
I have experience of being on both sides of the chair, as a client and as a therapist so understand how scary a first initial appointment can be.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for counsellors and Psychotherapist (BACP) and I am also a member of EMDR UK and Ireland
