Make that Difference - therapeutic coaching. Based in Ramsgate by the sea and by special arrangement in London or via a variety of online services. Book your free 30 minute telephone consultation at www.makethatdifference.org/free-trial Using Integral Eye Movement Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Nutrition and a holistic approach to understanding how individuals function at their best, versus when they are feeling:- lacking in confidence, fearful, anxious, depressed, lost, confused, unfocused, lonely, directionless etc and the behaviours, poor self belief and self sabotage (including eating, drinking etc) that so often result from feeling low and negative for extended periods of time. Clara Gibson of Make that Difference enables individuals to gain understanding of their situation and the thoughts, and behaviours that have resulted from and even contributed to their history. Clara helps her clients to develop awareness of how they currently run their thoughts, feelings, reactions and actions and of the triggers to those patterns and then helps them to build and establish new, resourceful and resilient patterns of thinking, feeling and responding. Clara typically gets results in 6-12 sessions. Every prospective client will be offered a free 30 telephone consultation to discuss what they are wanting to address and to achieve through support and for Clara to advise how she would work with them. This free telephone consultation is available via her makethatdifference.org website. Through working with Clara at Make that Difference, clients gain new perspectives, see new possibilities in their lives, their relationships, happiness, motivation, effectiveness, energy, health, weight management and even finances, typically, improve because of their work with Clara. Coaching is the format but the real change is enabled through IEMT - (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) - a remarkably effective and speedy therapy that enables individuals to disentangle and release themselves from ongoing negative emotions and the memories and stories that are associated with those emotions. Neurolinguistic Linguistic Programming then very effectively is used to help Clients to build the new patterns of thinking and of taking action that enable them to be happier, healthier and much more effective. Make that Difference delivers services via online systems such as phone, Skype, FaceTime, Google Duo, or face to face or through Residential Coaching Breaks by the sea, here in Ramsgate enabling individuals to take a break from stressful situations, break habits, to have IEMT, to have intensive coaching - over several days. What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing people become themselves, understand themselves, become in tune with themselves so that they can be ever better versions of themselves - becoming, healthier, happier and more effective in the process.
Nothing beats seeing people become free, energised, hopeful, confident and at peace.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I set up my own business because after many years of working in the NHS, I could see that the NHS did not deliver prevention and absolutely did not enable me to assist people as they need. I could see that our systems of society actually limit people rather than enable people to achieve their potential, which is unlimited - this in turn creates many of the problems of poor mental and physical health, anger, and waste, thus contributing hugely to the global issues we face today. By helping people one by one, I help people to live their own lives more confidently, happily, healthily and effectively and they in turn make their difference in their own world and beyond.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me because they want to make a difference in their lives and if they are committed to doing so, with me they certainly will.
