Personarc Ltd profile image
P

Personarc Ltd

I am a business innovation and growth professional working across design, web and software. I am expert in Webflow development, and the creation of advanced CMS back ends. Recently I've been developing custom websites for clients across public sector, built environment, construction, architecture. I now also build membership/ customer community sites, and have completed 2 large membership sites for community choirs with integrated CRMs and private members areas. Personarc Ltd is my VAT registered web and innovation practice and has been in business since 2006, mainly working on complex technology research projects, and serving larger clients across the built environment with digital engagement and community services. Through my freelancer business I offer more generic services in digital, web and creative services. I am focusing on entrepreneurs, innovative start ups, SaaS and other ambitious SMEs looking for custom website solutions, membership sites, integrated CRMs or other technology integrations in the back end or front end, including design related software. I can also develop No Code business software solutions to automate their customer facing and back office processes. I also offer a wide range of supporting creatives services including brand and design, copywriting, videos, 3D modelling and (very very occasionally) architectural design (but only with a referral). I joined the Bark platform in December 21, so I am finding my way, but since I have other revenue from my businesses, I am only likely to reach out to you because your project description is of interest to me. Hopefully if you are reading this you will figure there is no harm for a conversation and if I can't help you, I will tell you, and also make suggestions of where you could look. If we moved forward to work together on your project, you will find that I am a fully committed professional with a blend of technical and creative talents, I focus on business objectives, I care about positive outcomes for my clients, and I love a creative challenge.

What do you love most about your job?

There is a lot of opportunities emerging with the development of the 'no code' movement, and there is a lot of continuous learning.

I am also learning a lot of tactics around growth and digital marketing, and I am able to bring some of this thinking into how I build websites and software for clients.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I like the creative freedom and solving complex problems for others, and the speed you can now do this in the web.
I also love creating and launching digital products (I have founded and still own a small software business)
I am a fully qualified architect (qualified in 2000) and whilst I left the architectural profession to pursue a career in web, innovation and technology, I bring a wide range of experience plus creative, technical and procedural skills to solve client problems and delight them with my solutions.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am a highly experienced and motivated professional that always aims to do good work.
I really want to understand the project, the business and the challenge for the website or software, so I can build the best site for the stage the business/project or organisation is at.
My qualifications across design and technology, and even my earlier architectural career mean I can bring a range of skills and fresh thinking to solve problems for my clients.

I am new to the Bark platform (December 2021) , but I have examples of my work from businesses I have started, and for instance have just launched some large community choir websites (there's a link to one below) which have been completely re-engineered to help the business grow, and they are so delighted, I'm helping them expand their business over the next 6 months.

Plus I can offer client references.

Depending on the size of project and budget, I offer choices to contract either my freelancer services where I can keep prices competitive, or my digital innovation company Personarc Ltd - which carries Professional Indemnity insurance and further contracts specialists where required.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I am 100% remote, but used to a range of communication methods, including synchronous and asynchronous methods.

I would work around what works best for the Client. Communications is generally so easy these days, and designing and building websites are ideally suited to various remote working communication channels.

I work with Zoom, Loom videos, Typeform for data collection, and can review in Figma and developed sites in Webflow.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I'm triple jabbed - if on site meetings were ever required, I would follow any requirements laid out by the Client, and I would also make my own risk assessments as any professional would.
