No we like to view everything before quotation. Reason being is we are the trained eye and what we see will be totally different to what the client sees, we do this day in and day out we visualise without trying and also know signs of faults.
We tend to be more external than internal except for our conversions that being said we don't like to have access throughout the project due to safety reasons.
