My own personal experiences.
I used to visit a Reiki Practitioner myself, for various reasons. It helped me so much, I wanted to share it with more people & help them to heal.
After losing my Dad, Reiki helped me personally through the grieving process, it also helped me with depression, stress, and anxiety. As a Mom of two young adults, life has presented me with many challenges including bringing up children with Asperger’s Syndrome; mental health issues; anxiety; sleep issues and challenging behaviour.
I truly believe that these challenges have been lessons that I was required to learn to be able to help others improve their overall health and wellbeing.
I appreciate that everybody is different and I am happy to adapt the session to meet your needs and preferences. I have a sensory box with a selection of sensory toys for anybody who would find these helpful as well as a Social Story on my website to help guide you or your loved one through what they need to know in readiness for their treatment. I do not judge, I am very professional & anything that you tell me will remain confidential.
