‘19 Certificate of Excellence

Personal training sessions with me are always tailored to individual needs and skills. Whether you are already into fitness and just looking for a challenge or a complete newbie- I've got something up my sleeve! I can help with a variety of fitness goals with fat loss being my speciality. Having been there myself, I completely understand the struggle and the mental barriers that come with being uncomfortable in your own skin. Many of my clients have gone on inspiring fat loss journeys which transformed not only their bodies but their confidence and self worth too! I don't offer short cuts, overnight results and I don't prepare ready meal plans. Instead I motivate my clients to work hard in our sessions, to do more outside of the gym and I educate and show how to make small and sustainable goals to their current diets. There are no quick fixes but no one goes hungry either! This may seem like a long way round but it is sustainable and the results are there for long term. During your first session a short consultation will be arranged to discuss your goals. Physical measurements will be taken, as well as a series of short fitness tests to allow us to track your progress over time. I do my upmost to make sure everyone is comfortable and at ease. I encourage my clients to constantly communicate with me and never be afraid to express their struggles and successes. We constantly change as people and so do our out goals. All my personal clients are welcome to contact me outside of our time together, Monday to Friday 7 am until 10 pm with any questions and fitness battles they face. I am always here to offer my support and guidance.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

The purpose of a personal trainer is to provide a specific programme based on underpinning expert knowledge. Each client has an initial consultation discussing barriers, objectives and goals in preparation to beginning training.

The barriers to achieving your goals are just as important, so I can identify these and look at ways at overcoming them.

It is my job to both advise and motivate you to maintain your full commitment to the programme and to continually adapt and progress your programme to keep you interested and focused on achieving your goals.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is to stop looking at everybody else's body and just focus on your own. Remember each body is different and you want to make positive change for yourself, not because you want to look like someone else

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people to change not only their body, but their whole outlook on life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

What started as one Insanity class in Exeter 3 years ago became my full time job which today doesn't even seem like work. It is just my life! I started doing Insanity at home on my own and when I realised that there was potential to become an instructor I jumped at it straight away. I wanted to share the feeling I was getting after this workout with other people. As my classes grew I kept gaining new qualifications with Beachbody to be able to teach their other programs. This included PiYO and P90x,I also gained my personal training qualification along the way.

I now use my previous negative voices for drive and motivation. Fit Panda stands for progress but not perfection, always being hungry and ambitious whilst remaining humble and grateful with what you already have. It's all about caring for yourself so that you can be kind to others, it's all about mind and body working together in balance. I truly believe fitness is a tool for self-improvement physically and mentally. I always try to remember great things happen when do challenge yourself and push the boundaries of comfort.

Why should our clients choose you?

I understand the struggles that everybody can face. I have been through similar struggles to every one of my clients and this helps me to provide guidance and support in a way that is supportive and constructive
