My name is Matt Brinkley, I’m a fitness professional based in Essex. I was a home trainer for 7 years until I took a job with British Golfer Lee Westwood as his academy head fitness coach. I still train a few of my long term clients on a one to one basis but I now deliver my knowledge and motivation nationally with my easy to follow daily plan called the FitKit Online. My plan details are below – the price is £15 monthly. I have designed the plan so it is very simple to follow. You have to perform the workout without a one to one trainer but I am here to hold you accountable and to keep you progressing! The workouts are different everyday and you can choose which days you want to exercise with the exercise planner. So... you receive a daily fat burning plan and a daily abs plan pictured in this email from today’s session. You also receive daily interaction from myself, an online members area where you can track your progression and I will also give you specific nutritional guidance to your goal.
