I see my own training as one of the foundations that hold the rest of my life together, as it produces what I like to call a 'cascade of positivity'. When I exercise regularly I'm a better partner and father, I'm more patient, more confident and generally just a nicer person to be around!

Steven is just the nicest, most sound guy who totally gets that it's hard and scary at the start, and who works to your own pace to help you gain confidence in your own skills. I was already interested in living a more fit and healthy life before I met Steven, but had no idea HOW. He was so patient with me when, consoling me through my frustrated tears when I had no idea what I was doing, and taking lots of time to explain why certain workouts weren't working and showing me ones that would. He's just the loveliest, most encouraging guy, who hates all that bro jargon as much as I do, and keeps it simple. He just makes it make sense. He made me WANT to do it, and actually look forward to the gym. He's worked harder than anyone I know on the theory of it all, and fully knows his stuff. The personal training is designed specific for you and your goal(s) from a first assessment you would receive a postural assessment to make sure that the program is personalised to you, with that you will receive guidance on nutrition. The ladies group sessions, this if more specific for ladies who aren't familiar with the gym environment and don't feel comfortable working out alone.

All together he made training much more enjoyable, because he switches it up and makes sure you are enjoying yourself and at he same time burning the calories you need to burn. Matt worked with me on a 12 week programme to improve my strength conditioning and flexibility. He is the most thorough PT I've ever had and really knows his stuff. The training was tough but with his methods, not only did I break through my barrier, but I really got into it, through working on ring, bar, weight lifting and flexibility exercises. On advanced moves he has his technique down to a T and can really push you to the next level. Over the past three months I've made real gains in my strength, my flexibility and learned about methods to mentally focus on tough moves. Most importantly I stayed motivated to push on. This guy can really help with the big changes you want to make to your fitness routine and is on hand all the time with advice. Great working with him!

I trained with Louise from around March - August 2017, so this review is long overdue! I have had a few personal trainers in the past, but none of them even come close in comparison to Louise. Louise was attentive from the start, listened closely to my goals and designed a robust training plan which complemented those goals amazingly. She adjusted the plan to work around injuries...and I am convinced that the adjustments helped to rehabilitate a shoulder injury from which now i am pain free! Not only did I see physical improvements but also felt mentally better after working out with her guidance. In short, I can't recommend Louise enough!
