Robinson is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had - and I’ve had quite a few. It is difficult for me to find a good personal trainer as I suffer from a neuro- degenerative disorder. Robinson has managed to provide the perfect combination of adapting the exercises to my specific needs and pushing me to reach my fitness goals. He is also very friendly and caring. I felt that I had hit a plateau with my physique and I really wanted to get in shape for when the brighter weather came around. We have 3 different sanitising stations at the health club where our clients can find anti-bacterial gel & wipes alongside masks (gloves are also available upon request). Both us and the rest of the team have now been fully vaccinated and we are still wearing masks (masks for clients are optional). The facilities are frequently cleaned and sanitised by the cleaning staff. Social distancing is followed whenever possible. Sessions can also be conducted entirely privately from our Pilates/Yoga room.
