We are a professional cleaning management company covering all of the UK. £11.50 per hour, no hidden costs! We manage teams of local cleaners that are fully referenced and security checked for your peace of mind. My name is Dan and I'm the owner of the company and manage all new business myself. We operate as a management company with many regular cleaners in all areas of the south. I'll be the first to explain that we are not a regular cleaning company, we're much more than that. We don't employ cleaners directly but instead we manage teams of cleaners in your area. We do this because you get many added benefits that you wouldn't get if you employed a cleaner directly or from a company that sends in employees, we use and manage self-employed cleaners. For example, in the worst case scenario if you were not happy with the cleaner I would speak to them and could arrange a replacement immediately. If they cannot make it due to sickness or any other reason I will have a replacement ready to cover the cleaning immediately. If this happened with a cleaner you hired directly then you would have the hassle of trying to find a new cleaner, possibly missing weeks of cleaning and having to liaise with the cleaner personally. I manage the whole cleaning process from start to finish so you don't have to worry about anything and I'm also always here at any time to speak to. All you have to do is confirm you want our services and I'll do everything else, it's as easy as that. There are no hidden costs with our service but I will break down the payment structure so you can be completely clear with how we operate so you know if our services are for you or not: For every hour you book for cleaning, we ask you to pay the cleaner £8.50 in cash and only after the work has been completed and you are fully happy. We ask you to pay us the remaining £3 per hour as a monthly advance payment based on an agreed amount of hours you require. So for example, you would like 2 hours cleaning weekly. You pay a £24 month-in-advance payment to us which will cover our management fee and is why you are receiving all the added benefits of a management company. That's all you have to do. We will then arrange a cleaner to start as soon as you would like on whichever day & time you prefer. You will then pay them £17 in cash for 2 hours work after every visit once you are satisfied. We will do all the relevant checks so you don't have to. There is absolutely no contract and you cancel without notice any time you wish to and this will include a refund of any advance payments you have already made. We do ask that you provide all cleaning materials yourself because you know which products you prefer in your home more than anybody else! I can also provide, if needed, references from current clients that use our management services.
