How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

1st step is a consultation call so I know exactly what you are wanting to get out of fitness.

With that information I would put together a program to attain that goal. We would have our weekly or fortnightly check up sessions to make sure we are moving in the right direction.

The program would have all the movements and exercises needed. It was also have the the diet and nutrition side of things covered also. There is a big element of progress tracking throughout the whole experience. This is to make sure we are all making progress and that you can see the difference for yourself and keep that motivation.

If additional online personal training sessions are needed, then that is something we can address and go into more detail about.

There is no secret.

Just correct progressive training, adequate rest, fuelled by a good healthy food guide.

What inspired you to start your own business?


My ability to reach multiple people and change their life for the better was always hindered by the hours in the day. (not enough hours)
Now I have built an app that is a fitness companion and I know it will get people results whilst teaching them new skills.
This allows me to reach more people and create the perfect program to get results for that individual.
