Where shall I start....! Never been to a gym or had a PT, one random night checked online and posted my interest. Sam got in touch with me, arranged a meet at the gym. Was like another world I'd walked into, but Sam made me feel comfortable. He asked me what my needs where and how he can help me, explained to me the cost for different packages and cost of gym. I decided to go all out and get the high end package :). Coming close to my 3 months package now, Sam has pushed me as much as he can. No pain no gain they say. I currently provide my coaching service both online and remotely. My clients have the option to access services online via (APP) which is an app where I provide unique login credentials, to allow clients to access and complete the specific workouts I have assigned for them to do. If a higher level of interaction is preferred, I also offer coaching sessions via videocall; meaning I am on hand to offer guidance and support in real time in an environment most suited to my client.
