We establish short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals from the initial consultation. From there we structure a plan with set milestones in place to ensure we achieve those goals accordingly. Our plans will include a training program suited to your specific goals, a nutrition plan to support you throughout, and additional habits to make sure we achieve those goals, habits such as walking each day, sleeping 8+hours, etc.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Balance & Consistency! Too often people go hell for leather in the start and burn out too soon and relapse. Achieving the body of your dreams is a marathon, not a sprint. It is crucial you have a game plan in place from the beginning and a sustainable nutrition and habit plan in place to get to your desired outcome.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people transform and evolve, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always been passionate about health, wellness, and fitness since I was a child. I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and wanted to help others. It only made sense to start my own business as a personal trainer and fitness coach, so here I am.

I strongly believe in a holistic approach to not only fitness, but health and wellness also. I believe your health should not be taken for granted, and so I personally make it my job to build longevity and support my clients in bettering themselves so they can take ownership of every aspect of their life. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I see treat COVID-19 the same as any other virus, except it got a lot more marketing than other viruses. In order to practice safety around the matter, I maintain high standards of personal hygiene, clients' are welcome to wear masks during sessions, although I strongly don't recommend it as it restricts breathing and will do more harm than good.
