What can I say, I knew nothing of Krav Maga self defence and was looking for a different form of defence but after seeing a link to a trail I need to find out what it's all about. after the induction I knew I was going to be hooked and I am still. I was warned it's addictive! Tony's a very good trainer, and feels more like a training partner than an instructor, give you the time you need to learn, and looks for other ways to teach if your just not picking it up. And keeps his carm if you go in a little hard. The classes fun with no ego junkies and everyone helps everyone. fitness wise I can be hard but you push yourself as hard as you want to go and you will see the benefits. there's some really good guys and girls there all heading for there own goals. If you need something different I recommend this, what you got to lose!

Sessions are available Tuesdays, Wednesday's and Thursdays all for one monthly payment of £20 the sessions are flexible so you can go whichever day suits you or all three. It's a great group and Tom is an excellent teacher. I would highly recommend it!
