You have to perform the workout without a one to one trainer but I am here to hold you accountable and to keep you progressing! The workouts are different everyday and you can choose which days you want to exercise with the exercise planner. So... you receive a daily fat burning plan and a daily abs plan pictured in this email from today’s session. You also receive daily interaction from myself, an online members area where you can track your progression and I will also give you specific nutritional guidance to your goal. I want to let you know that I am the only person involved with this plan. The sessions are designed by me, the advice is of my own and its me writing this email to you now!
