How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Get to know them 1st. See what they do and don't like. So that i can make a training/nutrition plan they can enjoy and stick to. Every 2 weeks we will have check-ins to discuss progress and what we will aim for in the coming weeks.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

You need to enjoy the process to start with. Then the most important part is being consistent. It's the key in this game. We have to plan it out and chip away at it bit by bit. We also don't want to overcomplicate things and just keep it simple so it's easy to follow and stick to.

What do you love most about your job?

I'm a people person so love the interactions with my clients and seeing them improve and reach their goals. Teaching them how to eat better. So that they know how to lose or gain weight in the future.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was self-employed as a graphic designer before I became a pt. I wasn't enjoying it and found myself always in the gym. I've done sports all my life so going to the gym was a no-brainer for me. So decided to give it ago and never looked back.

I'm an enthusiastic guy. Love interacting with people. I have over 6 years of experience and have been training for 15 years. So I've built up a lot of knowledge over that time and made a lot of mistakes on myself. So now I can give you the best techniques and advice so you don't make the same mistakes i did.

Yes, I can. So the online service will include a personalised training program that you will access through an app. It will have videos of all the exercises. A personalised nutrition plan which we will track through myfitnesspal. Check in every 2 weeks to go through your nutrition, program, measurements and anything else we need to work on.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I have taken my jabs to keep my clients safe. I keep a distance when training them in the gym. I sanitize the equipment before and after use.
