I just wanted to update my review as it’s been nearly a year Iv been training at B strong now. The last year I have come further than I can have ever imagined both physically and mentally. My mind set has completely changed about training, nutrition and most importantly my body. I have learnt so much from Julia’s wealth of knowledge and constant support and encouragement. I can not thank her enough and would highly recommend her.. whether it’s classes, personal training or nutrition advice she can help you tailor a plan to your goals, time constraints and budget. It’s without doubt the best thing I have ever done for myself and I genuinely feel the best I have in years. Thank you Julia loads of love Louise 😘

Hi everyone i joined Personal Training Room last September, attending two sessions a week. Intially it was hard work, sweated cobs, crept down the stairs with extremely wobbly legs and thought it would be difficult to stick at it. Earlier this year attended the nutrition information session...full of common sense, but really worth attending. I've weighed myself this evening - printout from Tesco and I've lost 5.3kg since January. Whoop whoop money well spent, definitely wouldn't have worked this hard at gym uber my own steam. One week done 7 to go. Loving the workouts. It's hard work but no pain no gain. Charles does the right amount of pushing to keep everyone motivated. Will definitely re-book when the course is finished.

I trained with Sarah for a few months before my wedding last year. I just wanted to tone up an feel better. She did a brill job an would def recommend her.

My Son aged 11 struggled with all aspects of running which had a huge negative effect on his confidence. Both during and after his first session with Chris we saw a change in his self belief and he couldn’t wait for his next session. Massive thank you for such a great service

Enzo is your man if you need any help with training / nutrition. He did me an online workout plan, plus calorie & macronutrient guidelines with sample meals. He sent me messages most days asking how things were going and he was always reviewing the data I was inputting in the spreadsheet he provided. He always answered any questions and queries promptly. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Overall great value for money.
