I still train a few of my long term clients on a one to one basis but I now deliver my knowledge and motivation nationally with my easy to follow daily plan called the FitKit Online. My plan details are below – the price is £15 monthly. I have designed the plan so it is very simple to follow. You have to perform the workout without a one to one trainer but I am here to hold you accountable and to keep you progressing! The workouts are different everyday and you can choose which days you want to exercise with the exercise planner. So... you receive a daily fat burning plan and a daily abs plan pictured in this email from today’s session. You also receive daily interaction from myself, an online members area where you can track your progression and I will also give you specific nutritional guidance to your goal. I want to let you know that I am the only person involved with this plan. The sessions are designed by me, the advice is of my own and its me writing this email to you now! The workouts are sent by email / whatsapp / google drive, whichever you prefer. What You Get Two exercise sessions delivered daily – One for fat burning, and one for abs. You simply schedule when you workout. A Nutritional Goal – Based on your target lean weight, I’ll show you how to hit your daily calories with the right Macros (Proteins, Carbs and Fats). There are no restricting diets so you won’t starve! It’s simply eating the right foods in the right quantities for your body. A Log-book – Keep track of your food diary, measurements and progress.
