Everyone needs a Donna!
3 months prior to our wedding the on the day coordinator we had booked informed us they were not longer offering their services, naturally creating unnecessary stress. Little did we know this was a complete blessing in disguise. We reached out to Donna Winning Events and within a day we instantly felt relaxed and even happier with how things were going. Donna was so attentive that it felt like she’d been planning with us from day one.
As with any wedding communication is pivotal, Donna provided us weekly updates via WhatsApp and communicated with all our suppliers weekly from 6 weeks until the wedding day.
The wedding day, wow, due to classic British weather in August our dreams of an outside wedding were well and truly washed away. Donna and her team, Jessica, effortlessly took everything in their stride and made the most magical inside venue for us utilising all the decorations and flowers we had arranged.
Guests were moved around throughout the day and the wedding breakfast room was decorated exactly how we had dreamed.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thanks for our lovely Bell Tent. Probably the best camping (glamping) experience we have ever had as a family. Everyone commented on how stunning it looked, and we certainly turned heads with it. It was a really hot & sunny weekend, so when it was too hot we just unzipped the bottom (so easy) and relaxed with the children out of the sun with fresh air flowing through and a picture perfect view. Pure bliss. Cannot wait to do it again! Although the children are now requesting a Harry Potter Goblet of fire themed one for next time.
