As creatives, we had a lot of DIY and personal items we had crafted for our wedding, along with some very specific playlists and carefully planned timings, all of which we would never have been possible on the day without Donnas incredible organisational skills and creative eye.
From the very beginning, Donna took charge of all the intricate details involving suppliers and the venue, freeing us from any worries or need to chase after anything. She kept us and the suppliers updated regularly with a fantastically organised event sheet, which provided a clear plan of action for the day and continuously put our minds at ease. In addition, Donna shared invaluable tips and advice that enhanced the magic of our wedding, offering insights and ideas we would have never considered on our own.
On the actual wedding day, Donna truly was a superhero. Despite a few hiccups with the venue the day before, Donna quickly intervened and flawlessly restored everything to perfection. If any mishaps occurred during the day (as they often do at weddings), we were blissfully unaware because Donna had everything under control, ensuring that everything was executed perfectly. Not only did she attend to our needs as the bride and groom, but she also looked after our friends and family, ensuring they were in the right places at the right times and putting everyone at ease.
Everything seamlessly fell into place, happening precisely on time without us even noticing. Donna's friendly and attentive nature made her feel like a good friend and guest at our wedding rather than just a coordinator. She blended in seamlessly with the wedding party, and everyone loved her presence.

I want to show my immense gratitude for making our celebration of life event so memorable!. From the first call and throughout nothing was too much and once we agreed on the menu there was nothing for us to do. They coordinated with the undertakes so they didn’t arrive at the house at the same time the cars were arriving, the food tasted delicious and the the drinks were ready and the staff waiting as the guests came back to the house. They left the kitchen immaculately clean. Thank you so much for the hard work and effort you made in looking after our family during this very sad moment in our lives. We hired a flower wall for our wedding, I adore anything floral so it was perfect for our day. Mimi and Lu were so efficient in replying to any emails I had and even phoned me to confirm, which was lovely! The wall itself looked stunning, it matched our colour scheme perfectly. We used it as a backdrop for our photo booth! Everyone commented on how pretty it was! I’d quite like one in my house!
We also hired a donut wall which was great for the kids and the adults!
