Working with Planet Wellness Iridology & Nutrition has been a game changer for my family. We have seen improvement in our health & wellbeing & I a patient with vitiligo has seen positive changes in my condition. I cannot thank Ronald & Petrina for their work & commitment in seeing my family & what we have learnt has given us new tools to improve our health. I was losing a battle with my weight loss once again! The motivation was not coming and then one day i came across Jackie's advert on facebook. So i thought let me at least call her! When she told me about doing bootcamp in the morning i thought forget that and made an excuse that i would call her back. But then i did rearrange to meet her and that was the best thing i did. I am a new person now. I follow the healthy eating plan Jackie gave me. I have learnt to cook in a different way. I exercise with Jackie and by myself at home! I have lost alot of weight and my body has gone down at least 3 sizes! It has taught me to be organised aswell! I feel so much healthier and stronger. I'm so glad that i found her! Jackie is a calm and collective person and doesn't make you do anything you're not comfortable with. She calls me once a week as part of my accountability and i look forward to speaking to her! This helps me to keep on track. It's never too late to start exercising!

I have had 1:1 sessions and I have also taken part in on line group work. I received a very personal, professional and thorough advice with extremely valuable results. I learnt about the principles of sugar balancing which have now become second nature in my diet. Also very grateful to Laura for helping me wean myself off anti acid tablets after years of taking them. Could not have wished for a better and most competent nutritionist!

It can be hard with a busy lifestyle to structure a plan that gets consistent results. Our nutrition plans are based on a wellness evaluation which includes assessing someone's day and finding ways to improve nutritional habits. Our method includes a medical grade Body Composition evaluation to set goals and monitor progress.

I have had two sessions with Gillian, 1 hour each, to learn about nutrition & where I'm going wrong.. she helped me to get my diet back on track & taught me the benefits of eating a whole food plant-based diet. Followed by a 30 minute top up session, to check how I was doing..
Gillian is both encouraging and knowledgeable in nutrition. She has helped me to lower my cholesterol from almost 7 to 5.3. I have lost 19lb in weight and she has advised me both which foods to eat and which foods to avoid to help with arthritis, which has helped ease the symptoms.
We are now having weekly mini sessions to keep me on track and lose the last few pounds to reach my goal weight, and to keep my cholesterol down.
Her plan is easy to follow & I haven't felt like I'm on a 'diet', just eating a healthy balanced diet.

A healthy diet is essential for maintaining good health and wellbeing. The food we eat provides our bodies with the nutrients it needs to function properly, repair itself, and prevent illness. Eating a balanced diet that includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods is crucial for achieving optimal health.
Research has shown that a healthy diet can reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. A diet that is high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats can also improve cognitive function, boost energy levels, and support a healthy immune system.
On the other hand, a diet that is high in processed foods, saturated and trans fats, added sugars, and sodium can increase the risk of chronic diseases and contribute to obesity, high blood pressure, and other health problems.
In addition to physical health, a healthy diet can also improve mental health and emotional wellbeing. Research has linked a healthy diet to improved mood, reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety, and better cognitive function.
