An in-depth consultation helps me establish your skin group, type, and any skin conditions. It provides me with detailed information about your lifestyle, medical history, medication, current skincare routine and highlights any concerns and contraindications.
I’ll send you a consultation form to complete and ask you take photographs so that we have a visual record of your progress throughout the treatment. I'll also ask you to send me a full list of all the products that you're currently using.
The information obtained during the consultation allows me to create a suitable bespoke treatment plan tailored to your skin’s specific needs.
*The cost of the consultation is redeemable against any facial treatment or product purchase.

✔ I will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) during treatments where required.
✔ I will wash my hands before and after every treatment with my own personal antibacterial soap.
CLIENTS
✔ Check your temperature before your treatment.
✔Please ensure you are familiar with my cancellation policy and terms and conditions.
✔ To contact me to re-arrange your appointment, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell or if any person in your household has the same or is self-isolating. I am happy to discuss any of your individual concerns.
✔ Wash your hands and/or use hand sanitiser before and after each treatment.
✔ Choose an area close to the entrance or ensure adequate ventilation throughout with doors and windows open where possible.
✔Ensure that other members of your household are not in the same room during your treatment.
✔Ensure I have easy access to hand-washing facilities.
✔Clean and disinfect the treatment area before each treatment.
✔After the treatment, sanitise any surface areas, door handles, etc that I came into contact with during my visit.
