Was treated by Tom for an injury to my MCL, from the moment i first phoned PhysioFitness it was a hassle free and professional service i received.Tom was able to see my injury the same day i phoned, something i have never experienced with any other physios or doctors. Today was my first time visiting a chiropractor and I can honestly say all the staff are extremely professional and friendly making you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. From the beginning I felt in good hands. From what I thought wasn't really to much of a problem with my back to get it checked out and been told what was wrong and having it treated and feeling a lot better made me realise I was glad to get a small problem checked out and am looking forward to the next appointment. After hours and hours of exercise, my body aches daily from the tensions and stresses of working and training, I am fussy with massages and my first question to Jemma was, 'Do you do sports massages or do you do "sports massages" - (read between inverted commas as sarcasm for the wannabe out there that says they do deep tissue sports massages but in fact have no clue) - Jemma response was simply,'Come and try and you be the judge'.
Ever since then (more than 2 years now) every session with Jemma is amazing, relaxing, educational, inspiring, beneficial and just overall fantastic.
