Update: Since covid-19 more of my clients have preferred their coaching sessions via Zoom (or similar). Whilst my preference is to meet in person where possible, I am happy to conduct our sessions online if you would prefer. I have found that providing my coaching sessions online does not limit the quality or restrict our ability to progress any quicker than if we met in person. ( I'm double jabbed if it helps).
