The first session was a detailed interview to get to know me and although I went into trance when Angus carried out a short hypno-therapy, session my reaction told me he had he had dug up something that had subconsciously concerning me for sometime. In the subsequent 3 sessions he concentrated on anxieties I had and recommended a meditation website that I may like to use, which has turned out to be excellent. He said that most people find 4 sessions enough and this turned out ok for me. Angus was very punctual and never hurried off a zoom meeting. I've always wanted to help people but somehow I ended up in Marketing. In 2018 I had an episode of burnout which I didn't see coming (but looking back trying to juggle a very busy job with two young children might have had something to do with it!). It took me quite a while to get over it and it gave me a real wake up call. I realised that when I became a Mum, I total forgot about myself and had got to a point where I didn't know who I was. I worked with a coach and it was life changing and so inspiring, and I realised that coaching was my calling. In 2019 I got my Diploma in Coaching and also became an NLP Practitioner, and Tillow Coaching was born!
Because alongside my coaching qualifications I'm also extremely empathetic and intuitive. I understand how it feels when you feel lost in life and unsure how to get to where you want to be. I truly believe that happiness and fulfilment are available to everyone and the first step is to gain more insight and awareness about who you are and what you want and need. Once you know that, you can design a life that feels uniquely aligned to who you are, and it's something I've helped many clients with.
Yes the majority of clients I work with are now via Zoom. I do also see clients face to face if they are based in the West Midlands.
I now offer coaching sessions online which was a huge help during Covid-19. If I do meet clients face to face I ensure the surfaces are cleaned down between each client, and ensure we sit a safe distance from each other to put people at ease.
