As a coach I work both holistically and practically with people and help them get out of their own way, emotionally grow and gain more clarity and fulfilment in their lives. I help people to help themselves. Helping people to gain a new perspective and set a solid foundation to make real sustainable change. This all begins with proving a safe space to share, meeting someone where they are emotionally and taking it from there.

It’s been absolutely amazing working with Gareth Penrhyn over the past few months on my mindset.
Before taking on this journey, I used to be very frustrated simply because I wasn’t getting the results I was after. Despite being a very driven and hard-working individual, I still wasn’t getting where I wanted to be…
With the help of Gareth, day after day, I am becoming a better version of myself because I have gained more awareness, clarity, self-belief and focus! We were able to do this by understanding ME first, identifying the things that were holding me back and then introducing new habits.
All this comes from taking consistent actions, which Gareth holds me accountable for.
I am so glad I’ve taken the decision to be coached by Gareth; he is such an inspiration to me and he’s always been very professional and fun to work with.
I always look forward to going to my next session because he would go beyond his clients expectations by delivering fantastic content.
I highly recommend Gareth’s coaching to anyone who is looking to improve their lives, it’s very powerful and life changing!!!

Irene is the tops! She listens very well, and has so many resources at her disposal to help one. Talking therapy, or meditative process, or guided visualisation, chakra clearing or strengthening and many more. We have worked together for a number of years and the well of inspiration has not ever dried up! Irene has supported me through 2 large operations, and I am very grateful to her for this.
As your coach, I start with a belief that says "you are whole, you are not broken. We are creating a future for you from where are you are today, what do you want to be possible?" I have no formula or process for you other than to be an observer of actions and results, I stand shoulder to shoulder with you, in your shoes and suggest what else might be true, what it might be true of, how much your beliefs serve you and how much they hold you back from achieving the next level in your success.

SOLOPRENEUR - Coaching on returing to work. James has been integral to me going back to work! I have known James for a few years and during this time he has helped me as a start up business after being out of the workplace due to having a family. He has helped me with my confidence and given me the tools to believe in myself and my brand which in turn has helped grow my busines
I empower people to rebuild and reignite damaged or struggling relationships. It’s day 3 and you’ve still barely spoken. Meals are just a drawn out awkward silence to mask the underlying anger that seems to be the norm these days. Everything your partner does seems to irritate you now, even the things that you used to find so cute. “I love the way her nose wrinkles when she giggles”, has somehow turned to,

Paul is a fantastic therapist and a marvellous human being in general!
He gave me the keys to so many locked doors in my head and helped me be unafraid of what was behind some of them.
Paul differs from other therapists I have worked with in the past because besides providing a safe space to talk, he went on to offer practical solutions.
I was on the verge of quitting a new job because it all felt too complicated and unfulfilling. A 30 minute chat with Paul completely shifted my perspective and enabled a dramatic change in attitude. Things began to click at work the very next day and 3 months on, I am having huge success and feel happier than I have in many years.
Genuinely life-changing, I can't recommend him enough.

Hi, I'm Andrew Horder. I believe we all have not just a right to find joy in our work, but even a duty! That makes my entire life a quest to bring my value to the world from a place of ease and grace and joyfulness - and to help others to do the same ... What gets me out of bed in the morning ... ... ready and raring to go, is my mission to change the way we think about work.
Terry Peers
I have worked with Andrew for two and a half years now. He’s soft and gentle, nurturing with the most amazing heart! But don’t make any mistakes here, he will challenge you, turn you upside down and inside out if that is what you need, to grow as a person and as a business.
Not generally shy of stepping forward, Andrew has an irreverent and infectious sense of humour which fits perfectly to his Joyful Genius description and I don’t think we have ever met without that bubbly joie de vivre clearly showing through.
If you want to work with someone who will make you acknowledge your successes, stick like glue through the bad patches, challenge every preconceived idea and push you into creating a world where your job is both your passion and your mission, you need Andrew.
If you want a life where instead of “Oh God it’s morning” it’s “Oh good! It’s Morning!”, and where doing what’s right is simpler and better paid that doing what’s easy. You need Andrew.
Andrew says in his description that one of his core words is ‘Encourage’, he engenders courage, and this is so very true. Whatever your goals are, trust that Andrew can help you.
Every journey begins with a single step! make that step talking to Andrew, he’ll change your world.

I had some real confidence issues with regards to work and going forward in my career. After speaking with Krystyna she helped me to see that I had all the answers to unlock my own potential and believe in myself . I would highly recommend her as a life coach to anyone who wants to get their life on track.
Coaching is incredibly powerful. A tiny shift in perspective has a huge impact that can change everything. I'm going to be honest; everything you need to know about how to create your ideal life, you already know. What coaching does is; help you peel back the layers and find the things holding you back, help you organise and process your thoughts, help draw out your true desires and then help you plan how you're going to achieve them, whilst giving you support and accountability.

For the last couple of years I've been on a journey of rediscovering my balance, authenticity and freedom - I've been fortunate to have Amie there for my biggest transformations; first as my PT and now as a life coach.
When I began my 10-week journey with Amie, I was uncertain of what direction I wanted to take in life and shouldered a mountain of self-doubt from past trauma.
Amie helped me unpack some of these issues, challenging the way I think and helped me shift my perception. She equipped me with clear and manageable steps, pointed me in the direction of life changing books and was constantly cheering me on. She will hold your hand every step of the way (I promise).
Don't get me wrong, the work is hard and she WILL challenge you. But it's so worth it when you look back and realise the people-pleasing, over-worked and overly-stretched version of you can start to let go and look after you. In the past 10 weeks I have outgrown old relationships (guilt-free), discovered what my core values are, rediscovered my love for 'do not disturb' on my phone and learned that there is a huge difference between being selfish and self-ISH.
Amie, thank you for the patience, guidance and for providing a safe space to grow x

I was applying for jobs within the civil service and have never written a “STAR” or even come across competency questions before. I’m 54 so this new way of interviewing is all new to me! In a panic I asked a FB group for help and Tom came to the rescue! I am so very grateful for his guidance and kindness.

It really doesn't have to be that thing we are forced to go and do to earn the money that allows us to follow our passion in our 'real life'. We've been led to believe that in this reality it's only pop stars and footballers that get to do what they are naturally brilliant at, that they absolutely love doing, and they get handsomely paid for - but that's RUBBISH! We can all have it all - and I'm on a mission to show you how! Like so many people, I reached my late thirties feeling "there has to be more to life than this!" - I was earning good money in a good job, driving around the country in my posh car, meeting generally nice people and selling them stuff, but I knew that wasn’t going to be enough for me for very much longer. So I decided that moving up the management ladder was the answer. I signed up for a degree to learn all about how business works, and I worked my socks off for a few years – while studying 10-20hrs a week I also changed jobs three times, each time getting more responsibility. And more pressure. In 2002 I graduated in an amazing experience at Ely Cathedral in front of my very proud family – I had my Masters in Business Administration, my MBA - Yaaay! But inside I was still struggling - in 2003 I was stuck in a job I hated, that was making me physically and mentally ill, where I had no alignment with what my bosses wanted me to do for them – and to clients! I felt that I had no purpose in life – I was just drifting along, dead inside, hoping that somehow it would all come right. Eventually it got so bad that I could hardly eat properly, I was dreading every day in the office, I felt like thumping my boss most of the time. I had to get out of there. So I took redundancy, to get back to a life with a purpose. And I soon found myself back in a similar position – in 2006 the job was better, the boss was a bit less of a bully, I was even driving a nicer car. But I was still floundering, still asking myself “Is this is all there is?” Then, through a friend, I got onto the self-development path – I spent literally tens of thousands of pounds on courses to help me find my place in life – courses about finding my destiny, overcoming the blocks I put in my way, NLP & coaching skills, and even how to put it all together in a sound business structure. And I tried several businesses – working for myself, with partners, and for other people. But somehow it was still not quite coming together – and I found myself losing a couple of big clients, my main business was failing, and I was rapidly running out of money! What Changed? I took a step back, and looked at what I had learned. I re-visited something I had done years before, something that told me the one thing I had been doing all my life, whenever it’s all been going amazingly well. I learned my Core Process – “Encouraging Potential”. And I took it a step further, to understand not only What I do when I’m at my best, but also Why and just as importantly, How I do it best. Afterwards, I remember saying to my mentor something like “Wow! If we could get everybody doing what they are brilliant at, and that they love to do, wouldn’t the world be such better place! Yes, that’s exactly what someone needs to do to get the world out of this mess we’re all in.” And he looked at me and very gently asked: “Why not you?” Gulp!! That’s when I started to truly apply the fundamental principles that I include in all my coaching programmes (or 'adventures' as I prefer to call them!) - and now I’ve never been happier … I get to get up in the morning ready to do what I do best – Encouraging Potential all over the place! In all honesty, it’s not been an easy ride. I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way, spent silly amounts of money (just ask the financial controller!) on stuff that just didn’t work, or maybe I just didn’t put it into practice. And I lost my way a few times too – lost my focus on the real purpose of my life - using my Joyful Genius. But now I get to spend my time working with exciting and committed individuals, who know they can make a real difference in the world. All they need is a bit of the pragmatic approach to business I picked up on my MBA, and someone to re-ignite their passion for what they do, so they no longer feel they have to hold back from stepping into their own magnificence! They get to discover their Core Process, the What of their brilliance, the work they love to do and can make a great living at. Plus their Core Purpose, the big Why, the thing that gets them out of bed every morning, raring to go, ready to make their difference. And finally their Core Practice – the How, the simple, pragmatic, day-to-day things they can do to make truly living their Joyful Genius just so much easier and more fun!
I love those moments where a client suddenly sees and steps up to the genius that other people see in them, really steps into their genius, and so gains the courage to step out into the world with it with clarity, congruency and confidence. Helping people go from miserable, frustrated or poor to joyful, fulfilled AND properly rewarded is such a buzz!
After a successful corporate career I wanted to take charge of my own destiny, and to open up possibilities for people who were also unfulfilled in their work. When one of my mentors challenged me to use my Core Process, En-couraging Potential, to change how we think about the world of work, I realised it was time to put my coaching skills and experience to use, and Step Up to being a coach.
I use a variety of coaching styles, depending on the client's needs. With some, it's a highly practical approach, and with others it can be much more intuitive - some might even say a bit woo-woo (I do use some energetic and healing modalities, with the clients for whom that will be of service). With some it's "pure coaching", asking questions and allowing you to discover your own answers, with others I draw more on the more 'directive' style from my business coaching and offer specific suggestions. We agree upfront what style will most be of service to you - and I find that often changes as the coaching relationship progresses, always guided by how best you can achieve your objectives. My long-term clients love me - although my aim is always to help you make a positive shift within the first six sessions.
