That was when I saw an advert for training to be a life coach in the Oxford Times...we did not always buy it so I saw that as providential. It was the best thing that could have happened to me as it gave me tools to cope with my work situation; it made me see how brave I was to stand my ground and speak truth to power! He left and I stayed on to retirement woo hoo!
