For some of my clients, the coaching programme is about finding a completely new direction in order to find more fulfilment, happiness and the right work life balance, including very often a more financially rewarding career. Many of my clients gain a promotion or negotiate a salary rise as a result of our work together. If your remuneration package were to rise by £5k, and you have 10 years left to retirement, your return on investment is £50k minus the cost of your coaching package. This is a relatively low estimate of the return for many clients. If your raise were higher and/or your time to retirement is longer, the return is even greater. I would expect you to have more than just one promotion or salary increase over your remaining career, as you benefit from the programme long after we stop working when you continue to implement the strategies you have learnt. If Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Tony Robbins himself all have coaches, what is your excuse? It is now seen as an essential tool in achieving your goals and in maintaining the best mindset to get what get what you want. I coach personal, small business and corporate clients in the UK and aboard. I offer a free introductory call to find out what it is you want to get out of the sessions and how we can work together to best reach your full potential. If we aren’t a good fit, I will find a coach that is. My commitment is to you and your success, from our very first conversation. My programs are completely bespoke to you, I do not have an “out of the box” program. This will be reflected in my fees which are also bespoke to your needs and budget. As an entrepreneur, I’ve been fortunate to work on a number of successful projects; building businesses from the ground up. For me, business started at the young age of 11 years old when I started selling music. With a thirst for knowledge and technology, I set my sights on website design and set up my own agency designing websites for local business in the UK and France. In 2015 I set up a recruitment business as well as several other ventures. Although I am no longer in the music, website design or recruitment business, I am always finding new ways to use my skills to provide value to my clients and the people around me. Self-development is important to me and I always say it’s the awareness of possibility becoming a reality which motivates me to continually invest in myself and my abilities in order to best serve my clients. During my self-development and entrepreneurial journey, I discovered my passion and talent for coaching. Clarity swept over me like it never had before! All of a sudden, I had a new sense of purpose. It turns out that I had been coaching people in one way or another my entire life without ever realising it. And now? I work with clients to transform their lives and expand their businesses. I am using my power to influence, inspire, and motivate with my words on an ever-growing stage.
