The Built-in HR Support Service contains the following:- i. A phone line and email HR advisory service. Our Advice Line is available for yourself and your managers. Telephone and email advice will be provided by Catherine Kane. In addition to providing Practical Advice Catherine Kane will also support you with various elements of documentation required, e.g. we will have a large range of template letters, to assist with the more routine circumstances or will help in the creation of bespoke documentation to address specific or more complex situations. v. When you feel that you need onsite assistance, an appointment can be arranged. 2. HR by hr™ The HR by hr™ Service - Our Pay-As-You-Go HR Support, is great for the one off issues that requires a quick fire/short term fix. Having no regular monthly commitment, you only pay for the hours when you need them.
